Born and raised in Bremer county, Liz Brown has lived in Iowa her entire life. She is the youngest of 4 children and the only girl. Liz and her husband have 3 children of their own and live on an acreage north of Maynard. The family enjoys time together outdoors on the 4-wheelers, grilling and sitting around a camp fire with family and friends

Liz started her career with Cumulus Media and KOEL AM in January 2002 in the Prodcution Department; writing and producing commercials as well as filling in wherever and whenever she is needed. Liz was promoted to Farm Director and Program Director on September 1, 2008.

Hobbies include:
Grilling, holiday baking with family & friends, volleyball, board/card games, new places to shop/dine, wine tours and visiting with old and new friends. Liz can often be found at the local theatre catching a movie or wathching one of her children in a sporting event.
